Recently residents of Point Pleasant Heights at Ecumen Parmly LifePointes in Chisago City gathered for the memorable Scandinavian meal.
Marketing Director Darlene Shafer (pictured left) prepared the lutefisk, and she and Housing Director Mara Krinke (below) hosted.
