Recognizing Martin Luther King Jr. Day as a paid holiday for our employees is one way Ecumen shows its commitment to equality and empowerment for all people.
Like Dr. King, we believe all people matter – a belief that is at the heart of our commitment to caring for older adults and fighting ageism in all its forms. We thank Dr. King for his inspiration.
We believe in diversity and inclusion and proudly embrace the differences among people. We welcome all people as customers, employees and vendors, regardless of race, color, age, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, physical ability, marital status, political beliefs, economic status – and all the many other ways people can be different from one another.
We strive to uphold a culture where everyone is included and treated with dignity and respect. By giving all people the opportunity to contribute their skills, experience, passion and perspectives, we are a stronger company. Honoring diversity and inclusion inspires people to engage, create, innovate and help drive our organizational success. We invite you to read Ecumen’s Diversity and Inclusion Policy at this link.
