Veteran’s Hill at Ecumen Bethany Community Honors Those Who Serve

It’s known as Veteran’s Hill – the hill below Ecumen Bethany Community’s Chapel in Alexandria, Minn.

Today the hill is covered with flags “to recognize those who have served – past and present” in anticipation of a Memorial Day Program and Veteran’s Hill Dedication.

Ecumen communities across the upper Midwest host Memorial Day programs to honor and thank all of the men and women of the United States Armed Forces, past and present – and to especially remember those who have sacrificed their lives to protect and defend our freedom.
