At Ecumen Bethel Manor & Winona Shores of Alexandria, we offer 159 independent living apartments that provide affordable housing for income-eligible adults on the shores of Lake Winona. These rental apartments are subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The federal program pays a portion of your rent, with most utilities included. Your rent is based on your monthly income, after medical expenses.
