Forest Heights is a HUD apartment complex that offers a comfortable and friendly living environment. The Forest Heights complex offers 24/7 security at the main entrance. All units are one-bedroom. There are two handicapped-accessible units.
If you are 62 years or older — or 18 or older with a disability — living on limited income within Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines, you will pay only about 30 percent of your income to live in one of our River Town Heights affordable housing apartments.

Should you ever need personal assistance or nursing care, our Service Coordinator is available to help and support you so you can stay in your apartment as long as possible.

The Forest Heights complex offers 24/7 security at the main entrance. There are two handicapped-accessible units.
Each apartment has a bay window in the living room, a modern kitchen complete with appliances, and bathrooms with walk-in showers. Pull cords are available in each room in case of an emergency.
Laundry facilities are provided free of charge. A community room with a full kitchen for tenant events and family parties is directly off the main entrance. Extra storage is also available for tenants.
With prior approval, pets are allowed. Cable TV hook-ups are available in each apartment.

St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, is located on the beautiful St. Croix River 50 miles northeast of the twin cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. The area has been visited for over 100 years by tourists who have come to view the geological wonders of the St. Croix River.
